Bloom Box Copenhagen
Bloom Box is a Copenhagen-based luxury flower delivery and event styling company. My role in this project was Creative Director and Marketing Director. I combined French and Scandinavian aesthetics with a feminine, playful vibe. It was an exciting journey — creating a brand from zero, bringing in world famous brands as clients and partners, and being part of a must-have product among influencers.

Bloom Box was created to make people happy and feel special. This is indeed part of my personal values — celebrating with style and joy.

The concept
Bloom Box is a bouquet of flowers in a gift box that needs neither water nor a vase. Bloom Box is dedicated to love, romance, friendship, care and style. Soft tones, white and pink symbolise the pure and delicate feelings. We are inspired by French romance, details and shapes, Scandinavian clean design and the beauty of nature. Bloom Box is a new way of saying "Je t’aime", "Jeg elsker dig" or "I love you". It does not matter what language you speak — Bloom Box will speak for you.

Bloom box was created for female, age 25−45, with higher medium and high income, who loves beauty, fashion and has active lifestyle. It is a city girl, who always keeps her eye on latest trends and actively using social media.

Often it is an Instagram family, fashion or interior blogger, who creates beauty around herself and loves to be surrounded by luxury goods.

My mood board is based on the works of fashion illustrators - Rene Gruau and Megan Hess, classic French desserts, ballet dancers and Parisian style. All together it symbolises elegance, grace and femininity.

I chose the white colour and minimalism from Scandinavian aesthetics as the base colour for the packaging design, as it is timelessly classic, exudes simplicity, air and lightness and suits any interior.

Branding
In the Bloom Box universe, branding is essential. The unique, hat-shaped box is part of the product and conveys a luxurious feeling. In addition, each Bloom Box comes in a large mystery box, making it an exciting experience. The cherry on top is a carefully handwritten love letter in a white envelope decorated with a golden heart. What could be more special?
Illustrations
My goal was to make Bloom Box recognisable and trendy.
Together with the talented illustrator Sofia, we created unique illustrations that have become an integral part of the brand DNA. Copenhagen has become a part of the romantic sketches and animated videos and Bloom Box — a small work of art.
Online shop
In the beginning, when the company was founded, orders were placed via Instagram. When there was enough material and the demand was so high, I set up an online shop. This helped to streamline the sales funnel, reduce the time it takes to receive orders and make it easier for customers. The design was in line with the brand's DNA and used pastel colours, illustrations and a Parisian touch.

The Instagram feed blooms with floral designs and represents the brand's product portfolio and DNA.

As Bloom Box is associated with visual aesthetics and social media, content creation is an essential part of business development. I have regularly led photo shoots, video content production and event styling.
Influencers
Influencers love Bloom Box and together we have created a lot of content that has raised awareness of the brand.
Partners
Bloom Box is a beautiful product for influencer campaigns and events. I created a mood board for each brand, which was approved by the brand representatives on a global level. Once approved, the bespoke flower boxes were delivered to the top influencers. Customised flower boxes and designs were also used for events such as boutique openings, film premieres, fashion awards and press events. This also helped Bloom Box raise its profile.
Holidays collections
A calendar year is full of festive occasions. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, Easter — for each big day I have created a special design that makes the holiday even more memorable.
